Ninja Lab is where fitness becomes adventure. We are Singapore’s first ninja warrior playground for kids, teens, adults, and families — a space where movement is transformed into play, courage is built through quests, and legends are written one obstacle at a time.

Our mission is simple: to help everyday people discover their extraordinary potential. Through gamified training, immersive storytelling, and family quests, we inspire confidence, belonging, and connection. Whether you’re a child learning to leap, a teen finding your place, or a parent rediscovering play — Ninja Lab is where journeys begin.

Our Founders

William

Movement is in his DNA. A ninja warrior, SEA Games medalist, and Spartan ambassador, William turned a tough childhood into fuel for change. Now, he’s on a mission to give every child the safety and support he never had, and to see Singapore compete in Obstacle Course Racing on the SEA Games or Olympic stage.

Isaac

Once labeled “too naughty” and punished for challenging injustice, Isaac found purpose when the army gave him a chance to lead. Now, he’s creating landing pads of belonging through Family Quest Days, and envisions a national movement uniting parkour, calisthenics, and ninja sport to inspire Singapore to Defy Gravity.

About the Space

We envisioned Ninja Lab as a modular, multi-purpose space:

Outdoor space for sunlight, fresh air, camps, and parent rest.

Studio for pilates, mobility, and stretch at 275 New Bridge Rd.

Gym for training and conditioning (ages 13+) at 277 New Bridge Rd.

Central Ninja Rig, the Lab’s core, inspected weekly for safety.

Every school semester, the rig transforms. Obstacles change in line with our 8 Ninja Fundamentals, ensuring kids (and adults) are always challenged with fresh adventures.

Why Chinatown?

We chose Chinatown because it embodies Singapore’s multicultural heart, where temples, mosques, and churches stand side by side. Here, movement goes beyond play, showing that our strength grows from diversity, shared stories, and a deep sense of belonging.
